Performance Review

  • Temporary - We recruit, evaluate, and assign our employee(s) to your location, on a short term basis, for instances such as employee illnesses, seasonal workloads or vacations.

  • Temp-to-Hire - We recruit, evaluate, and assign our employee(s) to your location with the understanding that you may hire them, if requested, after 800 hours worked. This is a good way to recruit full time staff on a trial basis, and there is never an obligation to hire the individual(s).

  • Long Term - Staffing Services supplies its employees to work on long-term, indefinite assignments at your location. Employees are recruited and evaluated before being placed on an assignment.

  • Direct Placement - If requested to do so, Staffing Services may recruit a highly skilled individual to be hired by a client company for a one-time fee. This service can be useful to a company seeking a highly compensated or hard to find individual.

  • Payroll - You find the employee to work at your company and put this individual on Staffing Services payroll - at a reduced rate. This can be a good way to manage a budget or headcount.
